  My job requires me to run to various places in Genesee County to retrieve docs. I try to call first to find out whatever information I need before I go. I always find that every place I go in Genesee County is actually very helpful and very pleasant both over the phone and in person EXCEPT Burton. I actually dread calling them because the tone of the people on the other end is always argumentative. I am not sure why because I do not approach them that way, but it is the most unpleasant aspect of my job and I literally want to throw up when I get a request for a file for the Burton office. This is my second experience like this with them and I hope that they will read this post and change the way that they treat people. Unfortunately we have no choice but to deal with their snarky tone because we can't take our business to another place. I am always happy when the file is downtown so that I do not have to deal with their ugly arrogant attitude. I would rather go down and park on Saginaw street and walk a mile in the rain or snow, then to deal with these people.
