  Trying to make a payment on a credit card settlement and everytime I've called over the past 2 years, the call center can't help me and I tell them that everytime but they insist on wasting my time trying to help me but always say they can't, then I get transferred to the wrong person in the main office and then transferred to a voice mail which I never get a call back. So I end up calling 2 more times before I finally get someone that can help me. I go through this every month! They tell me there are no direct lines to call and this is the only way. I hate this credit union. All they hire is good looking girls and young guys that don't know how to do the job.

  We are from out of state and understand the hesitancy of giving loans to out of state residents. However in this particular case. I am retired military, had an elga credit union family mbr who banks at this branch who was willing to cosign and both my wife (school teacher) and I had an exceptional credit rating. They were requiring us to cover 20% of our loan because they didn't know us and our credit was too good for them to allow the co signer to be eligible to sign which ultimately took out the cosigner to be used for the reputation piece that we needed to get the full loan covered. The customer svc rep who assisted us on the loan application even stated himself, he couldn't understand why the bank was adding all these unique requirements for us to bank with them when we are such a good dependable credit risk and according to our credit reports paid off our last three vehicles 1 to 2 yrs off before the required payouts were due to close and on top of that had a current home loan out with the bank that approved us. Needless to say we left bewildered and took our business elsewhere.

  Quick service and nice employees. They are open to your questions and will give well detailed answers. The online banking system works great so I don't have to go in often.
