- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible service when you have to call in. I have had to wait at MINIMUM 45 minutes each time. That is NOT good customer service. I was also charged for checks without knowing.. It was never disclosed to me when I signed up. AND I have had nothing but issues with my online account, logging in since I opened this account about a month ago. I hope this online upgrade they just did works better... Oh that's IF I can get a hold of someone to help me get logged into this new system.
